Owner controls
The business owner can pause new sales and control public customer QR access independently of Thora approval.
Pause new sales
Use the selling-status control when the business should stop taking new orders or sessions. Existing orders and sessions remain available for completion and payment.
Public QR access
- Open the public QR access settings as the owner.
- Check approval status and any guidance shown.
- Request approval when needed, explaining what you sell and why public QR access is required.
- Once approved, use the owner access control to close or reopen public QR access.
