Understand payment methods and the confirmation step.
Payment methods
The order payment selector includes Cash, VietQR, and Card. VietQR requires a configured receiving bank account.
Confirm the correct order
- Open the order and check its number and payable amount.
- Select the payment method.
- Verify that the payment has actually been received.
- Use Confirm payment and review the confirmation amount before proceeding.
Bills and receipts
An unpaid bill and a paid receipt serve different purposes. Check payment status before sharing the document with a customer.
