Print a bill or save an order PDF on your device.
Before you begin
Check the order totals and payment status. Set up a supported printer for POS output.
Choose an output
- Open the order and its print action.
- Choose Print POS for the configured thermal printer, or Save PDF when enabled on this device.
- Review the document for the correct order, amounts, and payment status.
Enable PDF output
In Printers, enable Enable saving orders as PDF. This preference is saved on the current device.
On Mobile
Use the device save or share dialog for the PDF. For thermal output, test the configured printer first.
On Web
Choose Save as PDF in the browser dialog. Native Bluetooth printer pairing is handled in the Mobile app.
