Provider enrollment
Select service capabilities and submit an enrollment request.
Before you begin
Only the provider owner can register or cancel service requests. Self-registration must be enabled by Thora.
Submit an enrollment
- Open Services you provide and select Register services.
- Select the services you can provide.
- Complete the required documents shown for those services.
- Review the selected services and documents.
- Read the personal-data notice and explicitly select the acknowledgment.
- Submit and check the resulting review status.
Track your request
Review Pending review, Needs documents, Approved, or the displayed rejection reason. Add or replace documents when requested.
Registration unavailable
If registration is paused or self-registration is disabled, follow the message in the app and contact Thora support.
