VietQR payments
Present the bank QR and verify the transfer before confirming.
Before you begin
The owner must configure the business QR bank account. The payment screen offers Go to bank settings when setup is missing.
Receive a transfer
- Open the order payment screen and select VietQR.
- Check the bank name, account name, account number, and payable amount.
- Ask the customer to scan with their banking app and use the displayed transfer content or order number.
- Verify the incoming transfer against the order.
- Select Confirm payment only after verifying the funds.
No QR is shown
Check the receiving bank account configuration. If unavailable, arrange another accepted payment method with the customer.
