Create QR codes
Create a service location and save its printable QR.
Before you begin
You need QR-management permission. Prepare the product or service price if the QR will use service pricing.
Create the location
- Open Service QR → Create.
- Enter a recognizable Label and unique Code.
- Select Type, Status, and Pricing type. Select the product pricing when required.
- Choose Order mode and Flow type to match how your team serves customers.
- Save the location, then choose Get QR.
Save and check the QR
Save the QR as a PDF. Check the location name and code, then test the QR before printing it for customers.
On Mobile
Use the device save or share flow for the generated QR PDF.
On Web
Use the browser print dialog to save the generated QR as a PDF.
If the QR does not work
Check that the location is saved and available. Ask the owner to check public QR access before generating another location.
