Check the order and transfer before retrying confirmation.
Check these first
- Reopen the order and check the order number, payable amount, and payment status.
- If VietQR is missing, have the owner check the receiving bank account.
- For a transfer, verify the receiving account, amount, and transfer content against bank records.
- If a confirmation failed, refresh the order before trying again to avoid duplicate handling.
