Process orders
Follow the order flow configured for the service location.
Before you begin
Open the correct order and check its current status. The service location's flow controls the next available step.
Process an accepted order
- Review the products, options, quantities, and any customer details.
- Confirm or accept the order using its available action.
- In a Full service flow, advance through processing and ready before completion.
- In Simple or Standard flows, the preparation states may be skipped.
- Check the refreshed status after each confirmation.
Time sessions
An active time session must be ended before the order can continue through processing when the app requires it.
