LAN printers
Save and test a LAN printer connection in the Mobile app.
Before you begin
Use a compatible network printer and the Mobile app on the same reachable network. Obtain the printer IP address and port from your printer configuration.
Add the printer
- Open Printers → Add new printer and choose LAN.
- Enter Printer name, IP address, and Port.
- Choose Test Connection and inspect the printed test.
- Select Save Printer or Set as default after a successful test.
On Web
Direct LAN thermal printing uses a native Mobile module. Use Mobile for this connection; use Save PDF for browser output.
If the printer does not respond
Check the IP address and port, printer power, and network reachability. A saved printer can still fail if its network address changes.
