Create products
Add a product with its category, price, and images.
Before you begin
You need permission to manage products and an appropriate category. Required fields are validated before saving.
Create a product
- Open Products → Create product.
- Enter Name and choose Category.
- Select Pricing mode. For a normal item, choose Item-based pricing.
- Complete the unit, tax category, and price settings relevant to your business. Ensure there is one default price.
- Optionally choose Add images and review the selected images. Choose a default image when needed.
- Select Save. Reopen the product and check its details.
On Mobile
Choose product images using the device picker. Image changes are uploaded when you save the product.
On Web
Use the browser file picker. Review pending image changes before selecting Save; leaving the editor can discard unsaved changes.
If saving fails
Check the name, category, price, and any highlighted validation messages. Correct the indicated fields and retry.
