Daily free usage: 50 POS orders

Learn what counts as a free POS order, when the allowance renews, and what happens after 50 orders.

Your daily allowance

Thora Go provides 50 free eligible POS orders per day. Check the dashboard or credit balance screen for the allowance used and remaining today.

What counts as an order?

An eligible POS order counts when it first moves from draft or submitted status into a chargeable processing step, such as confirmation or acceptance. Saving a draft is not the same as confirming an order.

The allowance counts orders, not the number of products or line items on an order. Moving the same assessed order through later processing steps does not make it a new order for this usage count. For the operating steps, see Process orders.

Do not assume that cancelling an order restores its free allowance or returns purchased credits. If a deduction needs checking, keep the order reference and contact support.

When the allowance resets

The free allowance is renewed for each new service calendar day. Unused free orders do not accumulate or carry over. For example, leaving free orders unused today does not increase tomorrow's 50-order allowance.

Use the app's daily usage display to check the current service day. If the counter has not renewed when you expect, follow the troubleshooting guide and ask support to check the business date used for your account.

After the 50 free orders

After the free allowance has been used, the next chargeable POS order needs sufficient purchased Usage Credits. Check the rate and any applicable daily pricing information shown for your business; credits consumed and the money paid to buy credits are different amounts.

If the balance is insufficient, the chargeable operation cannot proceed until sufficient credits are available. Review the existing order, buy credits if needed, and reopen that order after the balance is updated.
