Usage Credits: questions and troubleshooting
Find answers about free usage, buying credits, missing payments, expiry, and transfers.
Is Thora Go free to use?
Eligible POS usage includes 50 free orders per day. Chargeable usage after the free allowance requires sufficient Usage Credits. Check the service information for operations outside this POS allowance.
How many free orders can I create each day?
The daily free allowance is 50 eligible POS orders. The usage count is assessed when an order first moves into a chargeable processing step, such as confirmation or acceptance; saving a draft alone does not consume a free order. See Daily free usage.
What happens after I reach my free limit?
The next chargeable POS operation needs sufficient purchased credits. Check your balance and the pricing shown for your business. If credits are insufficient, buy more credits and reopen the existing order after the balance updates.
Do unused free orders accumulate?
No. Unused daily free orders do not carry over to the next day. Each new service calendar day has its own 50-order allowance.
What are Usage Credits used for?
They account for chargeable service usage in Thora Go. This guide explains eligible POS order usage after the free allowance. It does not establish a per-job price or the price of other services. Ask support about fees outside this guide.
How do I purchase more credits?
Open the balance screen, choose a credit quantity, create a request, and review the final payable amount. Use the payment option available on that top-up order, complete payment, and check its verification status and your balance. Follow Buy Usage Credits and pay Thora for the full steps.
Do Usage Credits expire?
The current credit balance screen does not display a purchased-credit expiry date. For the expiry terms that apply to your purchase, ask Thora support before buying. Daily free orders have a different rule: they expire at the end of their service day and do not carry over.
Can I transfer credits to another provider?
The current credit screen has no self-service transfer action. Confirm the business before buying. For a purchase made for the wrong business or a transfer request, contact support to check the available resolution.
What should I do if I paid but my balance was not updated?
- Open the existing top-up order and confirm the business, order number, and payment status.
- Compare the receiving bank account, transfer amount, and transfer content with the bank transaction.
- If the transfer succeeded and you have not yet done so, use I've paid on that order and confirm.
- If payment is pending, partially paid, rejected, or marked paid without the expected balance, contact support before making another transfer for the same purchase.
- Provide the business, top-up order number, amount, bank transaction reference, transfer time, and any error message. Redact unrelated bank information in screenshots.
Selecting I've paid requests verification. Credits are added according to the approved payment, which may be partial. Support must check an unsuccessful purchase; do not assume an automatic refund or reversal.
Why does the app still say credits are insufficient?
Reopen the balance and check both today's free allowance and purchased credits. Confirm the payment has been verified and that you are using the correct business. If a chargeable action is still blocked, send support the order reference, displayed balances, and error message.
Why has my daily free allowance not renewed?
Reopen the dashboard and check the day selected in the usage report. The allowance follows the service calendar day. If the count is unexpected, ask support to verify the business date for your account; do not create replacement orders to work around the counter.
I cannot find a payment option for my country
The VietQR instructions apply when your top-up order displays a VND bank transfer option. If your account does not show a usable payment method, contact support for a supported option in your country before paying. This guide does not provide international card, foreign-currency transfer, or currency-conversion instructions.
