Free daily usage and Usage Credits

Start with 50 free eligible POS orders each day, check your balance, and buy more credits when needed.

Start small with 50 free POS orders each day

Run a small shop, café, or service counter? Start using Thora Go for everyday POS orders with 50 free eligible orders per day. You do not need to purchase Usage Credits for those free orders.

When you need paid credits

After the daily free allowance is used, additional chargeable POS orders require available Usage Credits. Check your balance and the displayed price before buying more.

What are Usage Credits?

Usage Credits are units used to account for paid service usage in Thora Go. The app also calls them quota or top-ups. Your credit quantity and the money you pay to buy that quantity are different values; check both before purchasing.

This guide covers eligible POS order operations. Check the applicable service information or contact support for fees associated with assigned jobs or other services; the daily POS allowance does not establish their pricing.

Check your available balance

  1. Sign in to the business that needs credits.
  2. Open its credit balance from the dashboard using the instructions for your interface below.
  3. Review purchased credits remaining, credits used, and today's free allowance.
  4. Open the existing top-up orders to review purchases and payment status.

On the business dashboard, select Quota remaining. On the credit screen, Remaining, Total quotas, and Used describe the purchased balance. The daily free allowance is shown separately.

If the balance card or purchase action is unavailable, ask the business owner or administrator to check your access. Confirm the business before creating a top-up request.
