Usage and purchase history

Track daily deductions, review top-up payments, and prepare an order reference for support.

Understand the records

Your credit screen shows purchased credits remaining, total purchased credits, and credits used. Today's free allowance is shown separately. A purchase request and a credit deduction are different records.

Check daily credit usage

  1. Open Quota remaining from the business dashboard.
  2. Select View usage details.
  3. Choose the start and end dates, then search.
  4. Review the date, total orders, free orders, normal-rate orders, discounted orders, orders beyond a configured charging cap, and credits used.
  5. Move through the result pages if the date range contains more records.

An order is assessed when it first enters a chargeable processing step; later status changes do not assess that same order again. See Daily free usage for how the allowance applies.

The usage report groups deductions by day. It does not provide a separate transaction row linking every deduction to an individual order. To investigate a particular charge, compare that day's activity with your orders and provide the order number, business, and date to support.

Review credit purchases and payments

  1. Open the credit balance screen.
  2. Find Quota order history and open the relevant top-up order.
  3. Check the order number, credit quantity, payable amount, and payment status.
  4. Review the payment records displayed on the order and compare them with your bank transfer reference.
  5. Reopen the balance after payment verification to check credits added.

Pending means the payment still needs review. Partially paid means the approved amount has not covered the full order. Paid or Payment verified indicates that payment has been verified. Check the actual order and balance rather than treating a bank transfer or the I've paid action alone as a completed purchase.

If a balance does not match

Reopen the balance and confirm you selected the correct business. Keep the relevant order numbers, date range, bank transaction reference for a purchase, and any error message. Use Questions and troubleshooting before attempting another payment.
